Delightfully delicious, in a lovely setting . . . I enjoyed the Thai BBQ salad with a "moderate" amount of dressing while my friend had the Protein Caesar. Like another reviewer, I am also "not a salad girl," but Neon Greens salads are a cut above. While the salads aren't cheap, I've paid similar prices for salads at "fancier" sit-down places that were NOT this tasty. I will be back to try the patio when it gets warmer & to try new seasonal salads!

Went in for Biscuit Town. Their breakfast before Neon greens opens for lunch. The menu is limited but everything we had was tasty. Owner was there & was very helpful explaining this is a new concept & hopefully will grow with more selections later. Got the hashbrowns- umami & regular. The umami seasoning was great. The biscuit was delicious- flaky yet soft. Hopefully this idea grows & more choices become available in the future.

I have been trying to find a good time to come to Neon Greens for a while but they close a little too early so I usually cannot make it over. But, today was the day! We got here and got two bowls (Seeded Wedge and The Sicilian), the green soup, and two pieces of the chili crisp cheese bread. It was phenomenal. I truly could not put my fork and spoon down. The food was so good, the vegetables fresh, the dressings spot on, and they made the best green soup I've had. The staff were so friendly and kind, and greeted us with fun facts and recommendations. I 10/10 recommend coming here for a healthy meal, and I want everything on the menu

Love this place, I cannot wait to try the matcha soft serve next time. The protein Caesar salad was 10/10. The space is beautifully designed and the greenhouse? Are you kidding? What a freaking beautiful place and idea. I hope you prosper!!

Love neon greens. My favorite is the umami crunch and love the ability to customize as they make it in front of you. Also their soup is a must try. The salads are pricey but worth it in my opinion for always good quality and fresh ingredients

What a cute place. Staff was very friendly. I love the ask of a light, medium or heavy pour of salad dressing. The salads are a great portion and very tasty.

Best salads in all of St. Louis. Is it pricey? Sure. But the quality speaks volumes here and the salads are very large. So many textures, flavors and freshness throughout. Don't sleep on their cookies either. I've been here 3 times and each time the salads are great.

Finally a place that fills the sweetgreen vacuum in St. Louis. Their greens are grown hydroponically next door and extremely fresh. The salads are well designed, and there are various protein options including chicken, eggs, tuna, tofu. There's also great rotating seasonal salad options as well as a build-your-own. Their oat milk matcha and basil vanilla swirl frozen yogurt treat is also really good, as are their cookies if you like desserts that are a bit off the beaten path. The service and ambiance are really great too. Great fast casual salad place, highly recommend!

Overall, a good spot if you are looking for an elevated salad experience. Their space is open and modern, and the people are kind. WAIT TIME: It's counter service, so no wait time! We came in on a Saturday around 12:30pm and there was only one person in front of us ordering. FOOD: I got the Chilled Curry salad. I like that most of their salads are unique takes on more common salad types. This one intrigued me because I've never had a curry ranch dressing. They did a great job at picking flavors that went really well together. The pickled green tomatoes were also a new one for me, and I think they tasted great! All the ingredients tasted very fresh (no old looking lettuce), which is a big appeal for a salad place. SERVICE: Counter ordering as mentioned. The cashier asked if it was our first time and made the extra effort to explain to us how it worked and what she recommended! Very considerate service. They also have a stamp card which the cashier gave me, so they definitely seem to want to keep their customers coming back :) AMBIANCE: It's a very modern clean space, with enough seating for smaller groups. They also had some outdoor tables next door. PRICE: The salad came out to around $15, which is pricey for the amount of food you get in my opinion, but to be honest, I would say it's comparable to other salad places. So in that sense it's reasonable.

As I say at the beginning of all of my reviews, I've been meaning to stop in here forever and I finally did! We actually took a tour of the greenhouses on a Sunday afternoon. Well, they aren't greenhouses, it's a hydroponic farm or plot. They grow all of their greens on site in these large shipping containers! Kind of like the ones on the back of 18 wheeler trucks. And you can tour them! It's so neat. Definitely recommend doing that. They harvest the greens fresh every day to put in their salads. I've only ever tried one salad, the Thai barbecue, and it was delicious! I also got a bag of chips, dill, pickle chips, ha ha because I'm obsessed with them. They also had ketchup Lays as well. I was surprised at how busy the spot was! It's not a very big space, but there was definitely always a line. People love neon greens! What I really loved about the place was that all of the workers seemed very passionate about making clean and healthy food. They are very passionate about overseeing the seed to plate journey. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
